A drive through Mie - Nature and creepiness

We didn't have any particular way home we wanted to take which is always nice when there are lots of country roads between you and your destination.  With the map by my side I took us down south through Mie to connect us to Nara.  Mie is very large however and we only saw just a bit of it.  Yukino has been bugging me about going back though....

We saw a sign for a cafe (out here!?) and went in search but only found it to be closed.  Bummer.  We had to back track quite a bit to get to a road that wasn't a dead end.

I spotted this house while going to the cafe and just had to stop to investigate-

At first it looked like another waste of a house needlessly abandoned....

Things got worse as I went in further-

And much worse-

This gigantic bastard of a spider was looming over me as I entered.  I hate these things!

However, the former photos were taken of the building on the left hand side.  To the right was a building in much better condition-

In the back was a third a final two story building that I peered into.  A spider literally jumped down at me when I opened this door.  GUugsakgh.  I hate those things.  Gives me goose bumps just thinking about them.  Anyway....interesting kitchen eh?  I have never seen an oven like that before-

Looks like an award of some sort-

Just left on the floor....no parent around to appreciate it....
